Estimated Australian delivery is 2–7 business days from your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, public holidays, remote destinations and carrier delays may affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need your kit by a particular date.
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. For an address correction, delayed parcel or delivery problem, email esaybak.ecommerce@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns
30-day change-of-mind returns
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order. Kits must be unused and returned with both grips and the case. Email esaybak.ecommerce@gmail.com with your order number before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. Original delivery charges are not refunded. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we refund the returned product amount to your original payment method. Your payment provider controls when the refund appears in your account.
Your consumer rights
These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described, contact us for the remedy required by law. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement; other failures may be remedied by repair, replacement or refund as required. We reimburse reasonable return costs when a product problem is confirmed. Original packaging is not required to exercise consumer-guarantee rights.
